Hey, what's up everyone, it's Auntie Sunflower and I just want to explain a little bit about what this platform is for me. This platform is a place of healing and restoration and advice. So if you're feeling like you're not good enough, this place is for you. If you're feeling like you're just broken down, this place is for you. This is a place for the broken people.
And here's a secret, we're all broken. A place for the broken people to find stability and strength in each other. This is not a place of judgment. This is not a place of anguish and fear and hatred. This is a place where we can all come together as human beings and we can support each other, we can love each other, because you have value.
You just have to figure out where your value fits. And I don't mean change for somebody so that your value fits with them. But you have to find your place. You have to find your crew, your tribe, your gang, whatever.
And if you don't have a tribe, guess what, I'm a part of your tribe now. And for five minutes a day, you can come into this and you can listen and you can comment and interact, because I do respond. I try to respond to any comments that I see, because we are a team.
And also, you can ask me anything you want. You can ask me any questions you want, and I will answer any questions you ask. Because I'm here for you. I'm here doing this for all of you. To those of you who leave comments and you're just like, oh, I love everything you do, thank you so much. I appreciate that so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so much.
You don't even understand how much I do. Now today, if you're feeling a little like, you know, you're feeling a little off or feeling a little like broken, or you're feeling just not yourself today, I want you to take a deep breath, listen to this, and just regroup and refresh.
Now I'm going to give you an opposite trigger warning. Yesterday I gave you one that said don't listen with your kids. Today I'm going to say if your girls are in the room or your young boys are in the room, bring them in, have them listen to this.
Because this is for them. This is for you. This is for everyone. So we're going to start out by saying that people are mean. People are not bad. But people have been broken, and people break other people because they've been broken.
That does not excuse what they've done. That does not excuse what they've done. Let me say that one more time. That does not excuse what they've done. But if you are in elementary school, high school, college, life is tough out there right now. You have to know where you stand in the world and how you fit into the bigger picture.
You are not broken. You are not defined by the things people have done or said to you. You have value. You are seen. You are loved. And you matter. You matter. Your life matters. Your actions matter. Your words matter.
The way you see yourself matters. You matter. And if anybody's telling you you don't, then you need to look into their soul and figure out what has broken them so much that they do not feel confident in themselves that the only way they can interact with people is to degrade and break other people down.
Also, if you're in a relationship where you're being degraded or abused or harassed or violated in any way, you need to get out and you can get out. I know a big trick from the manipulators and the narcissists are like, you'll never find anyone better than me, da da da da da. The next time if you're in a relationship and your person says that to you, the next time they say, you'll never find anyone better than me, you go, actually, anybody's a step up from you.
But you need to know your value. You do not deserve to be abused, hurt, degraded, violated in any way. So if you are, there are help. And if you don't know where to find help, I believe it's 211. You can dial that on your keypad, on your phone, and it'll bring you into resources. It'll ask you where your city, state, and all that is, and it'll bring you to resources.
But you need to be brave enough to stand up for yourself. All right? Just be brave enough, be bold enough, and like always, be yourself, because yourself is good enough. All right. Love always. Auntie Sunflower.
God bless.
