Embracing Openness: A Journey Within

I'm wondering how to open myself in a world that seems closed. Wait a minute, if I'm seeing the world is closed am I open? Aha! It's a perception shift. I must let go of the thoughts and programs that tell me what is going on outside of me is outside of my control. It is my perception. It is a scary realization to

perceive that I am co-creating this world. Is it pre-written? Perhaps. How can I surrender to the flow of the script that is written in my voice? Is my voice accepting my voice is part of that flow? Aha! Opening up is an inside job. Opening

up is an ongoing process. Opening up does not happen in a happenstance way or does it? The unfolding process is like a song. It contains different frequencies, different tones, silence in between the music. Like the rain pattering outside

there is a beat. There is a harmonic frequency to it. Perhaps that is all I need to do. Observe the beat. Flow with it. Allow it to carry me as I'm carrying it. The world is not closed as long as I see it. So I must open. But if I open then

something must be closed. So maybe it's about accepting both and not attaching to either one. There is freedom in the frequency, not the song.
