Alright, well, I just got through the gate onto the Straighter Life Ranch and I'm driving the old work truck, it's a big Ford F450 V10 and it was a water maintenance truck that we got at an auction and we used it as our rolling toolbox and it's currently my way up and down the hill right now because my little Volkswagen Vanagon 1983, named Fun
Again, is not so fun right now, poor little motor got tired, it needs some help. So, I've got some research I've been doing on what kind of motor swaps I want to do with it and I'm thinking about doing a, the most logical one, the most legal one is the Subaru swap, but I'm not always the most logical or legal one, so we might go some other route.
Man, my door is open, there we go, that's better, almost halfway to my pod and I miss my EUC, I need to order that tire this week, I've got it all torn apart ready for a new tube and tire and I've just been so busy with other stuff I haven't gotten to it yet.
Let's see, I'm at two minutes and that's, yeah, almost to the lower pond, or rather the middle pond I guess. That's cool, cool seeing the lights around my pod, I've got this little set of LEDs that I plugged in before I left so that when I came up it would be lit up, lit up on the mountain and I'm not plugged into the grid,
I'm plugged into the sun for batteries and I'm all off grid, I've got water from the spring up here that spits out about 1,500 gallons a day and it's a little bumpy, we need to do a little more road work up here
because it definitely is not the ideal, but it works for now. That's not bad, three minutes from the gate to the pod at the Aloistak Alcove. Oh, the stars up here, oh you should see it, oh it's so pretty, especially when the lights aren't on.
Right now I've got the lights on and there's a parchment, you know what, I'm going to get my clothes out in the morning. I did laundry but I don't need any of that tonight. Ah, home sweet home. Hello crickets.
Oh my little plant probably needs some water. Oh wow. I forgot I had set up the room this way, cool. Oh, I got some lemons and a couple of tamales in my fridge. Boy, the acoustics are totally different in here than outside.
Ah, it's going to be nice to sleep in my own bed again tonight. Let's see, I'll move my little chair here. Well, thanks for riding up with me and spending the day with me. My first full day here on Vocaloid.
Ciao for now.
