Well, here we are again. About to open the gate. End of another day. It's 11 o'clock. Went down and had dinner with Tommy and Sarah and the kids. Sarah made homemade tacos. Super yummy. And then I've got to do some work in Blender.
The nice thing is now my little agent Clay, who's my 3D guy, I had him install it on his computer. Which means I can have him do 3D modeling and build actual 3D pieces that I can 3D print and carve out on the CNC.
And so that's my task, that's what I'm working on. We got a little scanner and we tried scanning this piece of art that was for Risky, our buddy. That's the fine artist down at Thousand Oaks. Risk Rock.
He had this really cool signature piece that he had done and then somebody had a LED light box made out of it. It was a pretty cool piece. Very complicated. Very complicated model. I guess not really if you think about it. It would take a little bit of work. You have to make each one of the letters and whatnot. But I did a scan of it with Jim and I.
Just looking at the video. Just gave it a little nine second quick video. And it actually did, I think, a better job of capturing the essence of it than the scans that we tried to do. But there's some really cool tools that are using the scans and then doing a bunch of AI stuff on it afterwards.
I've found that if you have enough or a good enough reference it seems that the models can figure out the 3D portion of it fairly easy. I imagine within about a year all that stuff is going to be completely solved. So you won't have to figure out how to talk it through. You'll just ask for what you're wanting and it'll be able to do it for you.
The cool thing is we have a 3D printer. We have a wire cutter or a wire 3D thingy. A hot wire so it can cut parts and stuff out of foam. And then we have a resin printer. And we've got all the tools. So now I need to start building some stuff.
I need to make a list of all the things that I need to build and get my agents to start working on that stuff. And I'm so excited about voice being added to the Grok bots soon because it's going to be using voice ThinkFast 2 or something like that.
Really, really responsive. Really good voice model. And each one of your agents or your bots will have a different unique voice. And I'm so excited. I think last time I counted I had somewhere around 37 bots on my little team now.
A little bit overkill. But it's better to have specialists for each little thing that you need to do and have them work together. Well, didn't quite make it all the way to the pod. I'm going to run out of time before I get up there. But I just wanted to make another little recording, capture my day, what was going on. For some reason, if I think somebody else is going to listen to it, I guess I talk more.
Ciao for now.
