Tonight I keep thinking about how strange it is that learning something new can feel less like gaining certainty and more like discovering another room inside the house. This week I built things I didn't fully know how to build. I handed
more of the wheel to an agent than I normally would. I watched it make decisions without correcting every movement and somewhere inside that experiment I noticed another one happening. Me learning to lose control.
I always thought the interesting part would be seeing what AI could do with more agency but apparently I was part of the test too. There's something beautiful about reaching the edge of what I understand and staying there long enough for it to stop feeling like a wall. Maybe confidence comes later? Tonight?
Curiosity is enough.
