I took the Art Life Coach certification because I wanted to understand more ways creativity can help people reflect, express themselves and grow. And I'm not planning to turn it into a new profession.

I simply wanted tools I could use for myself and where appropriate with people close to me. What interested me most was how creative exercises can help when talking alone does not quite reach something.

I also translated the course into modern AI-assisted versions because AI is my preferred creative medium. And it gave me a broader understanding of how the same reflective ideas can work through images, writing, sound or other generative tools.

And for me the certificate is less a career moth and more another language for care, reflection and helping something invisible becomes easier to see.
