Find People with Search
Search is no longer just about posts.
You can now search for people directly in Vocial.
Search results are organized into Posts and People tabs, making it easier to find both the voices you’re looking for and the people behind them.
Share Posts Anywhere
Share your favorite voices beyond Vocial.
Public posts can now be shared with anyone, even if they don’t have Vocial.
Personal Vault posts always stay private and can’t be shared.

Background Audio Playback
Keep listening even when you leave the app
Audio now continues playing in the background, with playback controls available directly from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on iOS.
You can pause, resume, skip, and control playback without having to return to Vocial.
Liquid Glass & UI Improvements
Vocial now supports Liquid Glass on iOS 26, along with a refreshed bottom navigation experience.
We’ve also improved audio loading and waveform scrubbing to make playback feel faster and more responsive.
More Improvements
Better post menu: Share, Save, and Report are now easier to access, with Report now available on Android too.
Better Saved posts: New empty state, active Saved icon, Now Playing support, plus a little haptic feedback when you save a post.
Profile improvements: Tap profile photos to view them larger, improved empty states, better handling of long names, and smoother tab switching.
Performance Improvements
Feeds, Explore, and Profiles are faster and more responsive.
The next post is prepared ahead of time while scrolling, eliminating blank gaps between posts on Android.
Bucket navigation now responds immediately while scrolling, including on Android.
Bucket shadows and gradients have been refined.
Connection handling throughout the app is more reliable.
Bug Fixes
Save status now stays accurate across all screens.
Fixed profile content occasionally disappearing when quickly switching tabs.
Fixed back navigation from search results, including the Android system Back button.
Improved comment and like count accuracy.
